1. Sanitary check valve
Sanitary check valve refers to a one-way anti-backflow valve, featuring no dead spaces, CIP/SIP compatibility, and 316L food and pharmaceutical grade
Equip with pipelines, fermentation tanks, sampling back-ends, and pure water/feed solution pipelines to prevent backflow contamination, material mixing, and sterilization backflow.

The sanitary welded ball sight glass (also known as the spherical four-way sight glass) is a pipeline sight glass with welded connection and spherical shell, used in sanitary or industrial pipelines for real-time observation of fluid flow status.1. Main structure
Body: 304/316L stainless steel precision-cast spherical shell, with butt welding connections on both sides.
Window: High borosilicate tempered glass (DIN 7080), resistant to temperature, pressure, and corrosion.
Sealing: Gaskets made of silicone rubber, EPDM, PTFE, etc., ensure no leakage.

The quick-mount pipeline sight glass (also commonly known as quick-mount glass tube sight glass) is a clamp-type transparent sight glass used in sanitary pipelines for 360° observation of medium flow. The core consists of a straight-through glass tube and a quick-mount chuck structure.
