Sanitary sampling valves (also known as sanitary sampling valves) are sterile sampling valves specifically designed for industries with extremely high hygiene requirements, such as pharmaceuticals, food, beverages, and dairy products. The core features of these valves include no dead spaces, easy cleaning, and the ability to undergo sterilization in place (SIP) and cleaning in place (CIP), ensuring that the sampling process neither contaminates the material nor pollutes the environment.
Common types
Manual sterile sampling valve (most commonly used): handle/handwheel, simple and reliable structure
Pneumatic sterile sampling valve: automated, remotely controlled, with signal feedback
Diaphragm sampling valve: good sealing performance, easy to clean, suitable for sterile/clean processes
Needle-type fine adjustment sampling valve: precise and accurate control of sampling volume
working principle
1. Closed: The valve core/diaphragm is compressed, ensuring no leakage in the seal
2. Sterilization (SIP): Before sampling, pass steam/disinfectant to sterilize the sampling chamber and outlet
3. Sampling: Open the valve core, allowing the material to flow out into a sterile container
4. Reset: Close valve → Discharge residual liquid → Re-sterilize → Standby

Material: SUS304, SUS316L, with inner surface mirror polishing/electrolytic polishing, achieving a roughness Ra of ≤ 0.4~0.8μm
Sealing: FDA/EPDM/silicone/PTFE, resistant to high-temperature steam sterilization
