Main feature:
1.External support vessel
The external support vessel is a cylindrical vessel, made of stainless steel, used to fix and support the disposable bag. The reactor bag is installed in the support vessel. The medium and cell is injected into the disposable bag. The growing environment is monitored and controlled through control system. There is a inspection window on the support vessel. The cell sap in the bag can be observed at any time. On the low side, there are various electrode installation ports and sampling port, to simplify the installation of electrodes and sampling. On the top, there is a actuator of the agitator, transmission shaft can be separated from the motor, and can be recycled. On the bottom, there is a weighing system, mainly used to measure the weight of the reactor.
2. Bio-reaction bag
Each bag is treated by gamma ray. The material is completely animal free, and accords with biocontact class product USP VI plastic standard, which is suitable for animal cell culture and microorganism culture.
The bag includes silicone tube, sterile connector, ferrule, filter, thermowell and agitator. The agitator is on the bottom of the bag.
3. Control system
Capable of precise control for temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, surface aeration, deep aeration and agitation speed.
