The cell culture system of 1L-5L bioreactor is composed of 3-6 units of 1L bioreactors that are able to operate independently. It is mainly used in small scale , continuous or discontinuous microorganism or cell culture to compare parameters of multi-processes in the phase of bioprocess exploitation and process optimizing. Relative to shake-flask culture, it is able to test online and control process parameters, such as temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, aeration and agitation speed. Also the bioreactor has sampling devices that are safe and convenient, which is able to analyze and compare data outside. The monitoring system is able to record and observe the 1L-5L bio-reactor and adjust parameters during the process of culture.

1.Control system
Capable of precise control of temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, surface aeration, deep aeration and agitation speed.
2.Driver element
The standard agitator shaft adopts rotate mechanical seal, which avoids contamination.
3.Temperature control module
The vessel adopts heating carpet to control temperature. The tail gas is discharged after heated by the carpet as well. It can effectively reduce the range of temperature flection and improve control precision.
4.Peristaltic pump module
The glucose, alkali, nutrion and anti-foam can be fed automatically according to the required culture process, and can be fed manually.
