    Fumonisin (FB) Immunoaffinity Column is designed for purification and enrichment of FB in samples like corn, cereals, feed, corn products, etc. It can specifically bind FB, remove interfering substances, improve the accuracy of subsequent detection such as ELISA and HPLC, and is suitable for food, feed safety testing and mycotoxin analysis fields.

    This product is used for quantitative detection of Fumonisin   by using HPLC, HPLC-MSMS or Specialized RapidTester. It is suitable for purification of Fumonisin   in samples such as cereal and feed, in order to reduce matrix interferenceandthus improve analysis accuracy. The purified extracting solution can be detected by different analytical methods.

    Fumonisin (FB)  Immunoaffinity Column Measuring Principle
    Determination of Fumonisin (FB)  Immunoaffinity Column is based on the antigen-antibody reaction. Fumonisin  monoclonal antibody is coupled to agarose gel material. After extracting, filtering and diluting Fumonisin   insample, sample extracting solution slowly passes through the column. Fumonisin   in sample extracting solution combineswithspecific monoclonal antibody, meanwhile, impurities are eluted from the column along with washingsolution. Finally, Fumonisin   is eluted by using methanol.
