The ternary precursor material needs to be obtained with the help of a continuously stirred tank reactor(CSTR) , which is achieved by co-precipitation reaction of salt solution, alkali solution and ammonia solution through a metering pump in a certain proportion.
During the whole process, the slurry that has been reacted will overflow from the reactor, and then go through a series of processes such as filtration, washing, filtration, and drying to produce the finished precursor material.
