Creative Biogene IMP Producing Bacteria Real Time PCR Kitis used for the detection of IMP Producing Bacteria in samples like sputum, wound excretion, food, stool, urine, C.S.F, pleural effusion, ascites, blood by using real time PCR systems. Plasmid-mediated IMP-type carbapenemases, 19 varieties of which are currently known, became established in Japan in the 1990s both in enteric Gram-negative organisms and in Pseudomonas and Acinetobacter species. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the IMP Producing Bacteria. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
