The CIF TEM Sample Rod Vacuum Storage Station utilizes an oil-free scroll vacuum pump to generate a constant, clean, and pollution-free vacuum environment with a pressure of 100 Pa. This system is easy to operate and is an ideal solution for the daily storage of TEM sample holders and the removal of adsorbed water vapor.
