Product Introduction:
Cleaning the sample reaction tube is the prerequisite to obtain correct analysis results. Traditional cleaning method is to put the laboratory flasks into acid tank or hot acid for a few hours or longer time. This method is not only low in efficient and easy to cause a lot of acid consumption, but also the acid needs to be changed regularly in order to avoid cross infections, or it will bring big risk for experimental data. However, vapor cleaning system can make sure the accuracy of trace and ultra- trace elements.
Vapor cleaning system is researched and developed independently by our company at present. Through repeatedly convection and condensation leaching of high purity acid vapor produced by graphite heating ,vapor cleaning system thoroughly and safely finishes cleaning various microwave digestion tanks used in trace analysis or all sorts of digestion tank, glass (test tube, beaker, volumetric flask etc .) , and quartz material experimental container . And it is even used for trace cleaning of ICP fogging chamber and flame tube etc.
