Background

UA-Glo 稳定型荧光素酶检测试剂盒用于定量检测细胞中稳定表达的荧光素酶 (Luciferase) 含量。该试剂具有信噪比高、重复性好、稳定性好的特点。不需要去除培养液，培养板直接加检测试剂进行检测，从而进一步减少了操作误差，且其稳定的信号使该产品尤其适合高通量的样品检测。稳定型荧光素酶检测试剂盒（Steady glo）检测信号的反应稳定性比较好，半衰期超过2小时，可以满足高稳定性检测需求。

Protocol

1、实验前将UA-Glo稳定型荧光素酶检测试剂平衡至室温，轻摇混匀。
2、将待测细胞板（白色透底或黑色透底板）在室温平衡10分钟。
3、加入与细胞培养液等体积的检测试剂到各培养反应孔。
4、在振板机上振荡1分钟，将样品板在室温避光孵育5～8分钟。
5、在luminescence 读板仪上读取并记录荧光信号。
