Leap-Pure 800M nucleic acid purification system has added a methylation transformation module based on Leap-Pure 800. Therefore, in addition to functions such as automated extraction, concentration detection, homogenization, and PCR set-up, Leap-Pure 800M can also achieve the automation process of methylation transformation and post conversion purification, without the need to replace consumables during the process, truly realizing the full process automation of methylation detection sample pretreatment.
The instrument uses magnetic bead method combined with pipetting method for nucleic acid extraction and purification, supporting free loading of 1~8 samples. The extraction area can achieve large-volume cfDNA extraction and FFPE block automatic extraction. When cfDNA, the sample well reaction system, the reaction system can be up to 15 mL, and the minimum processing volume of the elution well is 20 μL.
