Test Procedure

Please read this instruction and the IFU of fluorescence immunoassay analyzer before use.

The test should be carried out at room temperature.

1. Card reading

Input the information of the ID card and select the calibration curve of the corresponding sample type.

2. Prepare sample

Add 20 μL serum/plasma to 80 μL Buffer A, add 30 μL Buffer B, mix well and incubate for 15 min. Or, add 30 μL whole blood to 70 μL Buffer A, add 30 μL Buffer B, mix well and incubate for 15 min.

3. Add sample

Draw 100 μL vertically dropwise to the test card sample well, the timer starts timing, and leave it at room temperature for 10 min.

4. Detection

Insert the test card into the reaction plate slot of the fluorescence immunoassay analyzer, make sure that the test card is inserted in the correct direction and push it in completely, press the test button, and the instrument will automatically scan the test card. (For details, please refer to the instruction manual of the fluorescence immunoassay analyzer)

5. Read/print results

Read/print the test results from the display screen of the fluorescence immunoassay analyzer.

6. Remove the used test card and dispose of it as a potentially biohazardous item.
