The Kit is designed for rapid, high-efficient extraction of high-quality DNA/RNA from a variety of sample matrices. The kit uses magnetic bead method, ensuring reproducible isolation/recovery of DNA/RNA suitable for a broad range of applications, such as template for PCR and qPCR experiments. The Kit is optimized for use on our Nucleic Acid Extraction System HTL320 (sample throughput: 1-32). The Kit is also suitable for use with other nucleic acid extractors that use standard 96-well deep-well plates as consumables.

Samples in a frozen state should be completely thawed before use.
Unless otherwise specified, all operations should be performed at room temperature (20-30°C).
When using a pipette or vortex mixer to mix liquid, avoid vigorous pipetting or shaking, and avoid generating bubbles.
Use sterile, nuclease-free, low-absorption/low-retention tubes and tips to reduce nucleic acid loss.
Use filter tips to avoid aerosol contamination.
