PDGFRA (platelet derived growth factor receptor alpha) encodes a cell surface tyrosine kinase receptor for members of the platelet-derived growth factor family. These growth factors are mitogens for cells of mesenchymal origin. The identity of the growth factor bound to a receptor monomer determines whether the functional receptor is a homodimer or a heterodimer, composed of both platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha and beta polypeptides. Studies suggest that PDGFRA plays a role in organ development, wound healing, and tumor progression. Mutations in PDGFRA have been associated with idiopathic hypereosinophilic syndrome, somatic and familial gastrointestinal stromal tumors, and a variety of other cancers.
The Abbkine PDGFRα Mouse Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (7A3) was affinity-purified from mouse ascites by affinity-chromatography using specific immunogen anddetects endogenous levels of PDGFRA. The antibody has been validaed in IHC-P, IF and reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat samples.
Abbkine supplies below price/size: $100/30μl, $220/100μl, $360/200μl of Mouse Anti-PDGFRα Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (7A3) at https://www.abbkine.com/product/pdgfrα-mouse-monoclonal-antibody-7a3-abm40334.
