The protein encoded by TAS1R3（taste 1 receptor member 3) is a G-protein coupled receptor involved in taste responses. The encoded protein can form a heterodimeric receptor with TAS1R1 to elicit the umami taste response, or it can bind with TAS1R2 to form a receptor for the sweet taste response.

T1R3 Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of T1R3 protein.

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IF: 1:200-1:1000, ELISA: 1:10000. Not yet tested in other applications.
