This prostate-specific gene ANO7 encodes a cytoplasmic protein, as well as a polytopic membrane protein which may serve as a target in prostate cancer diagnosis and immunotherapy. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.

NGEP Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of NGEP protein.

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IHC-p: 1:100-1:300, IF: 1:200-1:1000, ELISA: 1:20000. Not yet tested in other applications.
