ADGRL2 encodes a member of the latrophilin subfamily of G-protein coupled receptors. The adhesion G protein-coupled receptor L2 participates in the regulation of exocytosis. The proprotein is thought to be further cleaved within a cysteine-rich G-protein-coupled receptor proteolysis site into two chains that are non-covalently bound at the cell membrane. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
Latrophilin-2 Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of Latrophilin-2 protein.
Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: IHC-p: 1:100-1:300, IF: 1:200-1:1000, ELISA: 1:5000. Not yet tested in other applications.
