Cytokine receptor common subunit beta encoded by CSF2RB is the common beta chain of the high affinity receptor for IL-3, IL-5 and CSF. Defects in this gene have been reported to be associated with protein alveolar proteinosis (PAP).

Phospho-IL-3Rβ (Y593) Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of IL-3Rβ protein only when phosphorylated at Y593.

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IHC-p: 1:100-1:300, ELISA: 1:10000. Not yet tested in other applications.
