MRGPRX3 encodes a member of the mas-related/sensory neuron specific subfamily of G protein coupled receptors. The encoded protein may be involved in sensory neuron regulation and in the modulation of pain.

MRGX3 Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of MRGX3 protein.

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IF: 1:200-1:1000, ELISA: 1:10000. Not yet tested in other applications.
