PAOX (Polyamine Oxidase (Exo-N4-Amino)) is a Protein Coding gene. Among its related pathways are Metabolism and cytochrome P450. Plays an important role in the regulation of polyamine intracellular concentration and has the potential to act as a determinant of cellular sensitivity to the antitumor polyamine analogs.

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IHC-p: 1:100-300 ELISA: 1:40000. Not yet tested in other applications.
