SOX17 encodes a member of the SOX (SRY-related HMG-box) family of transcription factors involved in the regulation of embryonic development and in the determination of the cell fate. The transcription factor SOX-17 may act as a transcriptional regulator after forming a protein complex with other proteins.

Sox-17 Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of Sox-17 protein.

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, ELISA: 1:20000. Not yet tested in other applications.
