Zinc finger MYND-type containing 8 encoded by ZMYND8 is a receptor for activated C-kinase (RACK) protein. Zinc finger MYND-type containing 8 has been shown to bind in vitro to activated protein kinase C beta I. In addition, Zinc finger MYND-type containing 8 is a cutaneous T-cell lymphoma-associated antigen. Finally, the protein contains a bromodomain and two zinc fingers, and is thought to be a transcriptional regulator. Multiple transcript variants encoding several different isoforms have been found for ZMYND8
RACK7 Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of RACK7 protein.
Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IF: 1:200-1:1000, ELISA: 1:10000. Not yet tested in other applications.
