Zinc finger protein 638 encoded by ZNF638 is a nucleoplasmic protein. It binds cytidine-rich sequences in double-stranded DNA. Zinc finger protein 638 has three types of domains: MH1, MH2 (repeated three times) and MH3. It is associated with packaging, transferring, or processing transcripts. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for ZNF638, but the biological validity of some variants has not been determined.
NP220 Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of NP220 protein.
Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IHC-p: 1:100-1:300, ELISA: 1:20000. Not yet tested in other applications.
