Heat shock protein HSP 90-alpha encoded by HSP90AA1 is an inducible molecular chaperone that functions as a homodimer. Heat shock protein HSP 90-alpha aids in the proper folding of specific target proteins by use of an ATPase activity that is modulated by co-chaperones. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
HSP90A Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of HSP90A protein.
Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IHC-p: 1:100-1:300, IF: 1:200-1:1000, ELISA: 1:40000. Not yet tested in other applications.
