Micrometer Speed- Variable Peristaltic Pump Introduction
This type of pump can work on the desktop without any fixed plate, meanwhile, embedded design makes the pump can assort with other equipments conveniently .The pump has basic functions such as reversible direction, start/stop, full speed (fast cleaning, empty) and speed- variable. Dispensing function realizes the repeat timing quantitative dispensing. The FZ10 pump head loads Pharmed BPT tubing whose working life is up to 12000 hours under continuously running.The DW10-1/2 adopts Spring-Loading structure to fix the tubing. It can provide the long life tubing and high precision flow rate, easy and fast loading. Has excellent resistance to chemical corrosion RS485 interface, as adopting the MODBUS communication protocol, the pump is easier to be connected with other equipments, such as computer, human machine interface and PLC.

l Plastic housing, adopts embedded design, also can work on the desktop separately.
l The circuit board with conformal coating makes it dust-proof and moisture-proof.
l Super anti-interference feature, wide input voltage range, acceptable for the complex power environment.
l External high-low electrical level controls the start/stop、reversible direction and easy dispensing function, optically coupled isolator.
l Can input the electrical level 5V、12V or 24V.
l RS485 interface, MODBUS protocol is available, easy to connect other equipments.
l Optional footswitch or timer for dispensing fluid.
