    To address the challenge of independent and coordinated control of different fluid channels and achieve precise flow distribution, our company has launched the new LabMate series of multi-channel independently controlled peristaltic pumps. This series integrates the functions of multiple individual peristaltic pumps into one unit, while also enabling coordinated operation that is impossible with individual pumps.



    Each channel's flow rate and direction can be individually controlled via a 5-inch high-definition touchscreen. Each channel features bidirectional precise transmission and distribution capabilities, thus meeting the needs of complex fluid transfer applications in laboratories. Furthermore, independent control channel calibration minimizes differences between pump tubing, thereby improving transmission accuracy.


    Features

    1. Independent Channels: Each channel is independent, allowing selection of different hose specifications, operating modes, and settings for different volumes, speeds, and times.
    2.Operating Modes: Flow mode, timed/quantitative mode, timed/speed mode, and quantitative/speed mode.
    3. Channel Shutdown: Any channel can be shut down via the interface; once shut down, the channel cannot be set or controlled.
    4. Touchscreen Display: 5-inch 800*480 high-definition touchscreen for easy operation.
    5.Calibration Function: Each channel can be calibrated independently, and calibration 
    parameters are stored.
    6.Online Speed: Adjustment: Speed and flow rate are adjustable during operation.
    7. Indicator Function: Real-time display of the maximum flow rate available for different hose specifications; dynamic display of operating parameters for each channel.
    8. External Control Start/Stop: Independent start/stop control for each channel is achieved via external control level signals (5-24V) or contact signals.
    9. Communication Control: RS485/USB optional; address and baud rate can be set via touchscreen.
    10. Status Output: Independent start/stop and direction status for each channel
