Cleaver Scientific offer two types of Electroblotting Transfer Buffers; Powdered Towbin Buffer and Western Transfer Buffer.
Product Description
Towbin Buffer Tris-Glycine base is available in powder sachets to make 1 litre of 1x working solution for wet and semi-dry transfer techniques. Simply mix 800ml of 1x working solution with 200ml of methanol for complete 1x Towbin buffer. Cleaver Scientific Western Transfer Buffer is available as a 10x concentrate and may be mixed with 900ml of distilled water to make a 1x working solution.
