The efficiency gurantee set is based on the human gene, using the design software to select 5 crRNAs with high scores, provding necessary reagents for Cas9 mRNA system, including tracrRNA, Cas9 mRNA, mRNA transfection reagent, positive control crRNA set, T7E1 enzyme and buffers, etc. Among them, the efficiency guarantee set can guarantee that the T7E1 digestion efficiency for 1 crRNA in MHCC97H cells reaches at least 30% and provides corresponding after-sales service. The standard set does not provide any guarantee for editing efficiency.
