Allen Bradley Control System

Auto-Drain Valve
Pneumatic diaphragm valve with position sensor, Activated during defrost.

Auto-Locking Door
Locks are provided to prevent access during operation. The number of locks depend on the size of the system.

Capacitance Manometer

2 Torr range, measures absolute vacuum levels in chamber, used in conjunction with Pirani to determine the end of primary drying

Clean In Place (CIP)

Clean in Place for Freeze Dryer, Includes piping, nozzles inside chamber, user interface with zone programming, and CIP activation signal.

Drain Quench

Used to quench steam to condensate at the drain.

Isolator Interface

316L, 1/8″ thick welded bezel for attachment of isolator, Includes cover panel on front of machine, Clean room configuration, Includes panels
