- Principle：
Shotgun proteomics refers to the direct analysis of complex protein mixtures to rapidly generate a global profile of the protein complement within the mixture. This approach, in which the protein mixture is proteolytically digested before separation, can be further expanded by separating the resulting mixture of peptides prior to tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) analysis and database-searching. Both single dimensional high pressure liquid chromatography (LC) and multidimensional LC (LC/LC) can be directly interfaced with the mass spectrometer to allow for automated collection of tremendous quantities of data.

Samples Requirement:
1.Protein quantity>300μg,concentration>0.5μg /μl
2. Salt<50 mM
3. Please state the sample preparation protocol and the components of lysis buffer used.
4. Detail about the components of sample ( containing carbohydrates, colorants, lipid or not )
5. Can or can not be cleaned up by precipitation, dialysis or ultrafiltration.
