Samples Requirement：
Buffer is better of 50-100mmol NH4HCO3（pH 7.8-8.0）or other volatile buffers
Protein concentration: >1mg/ml ; total volumn:>1m
Protein amount: >50pmol; purity>90%l
Example：

Result：Sample A is basically identical to the control
