Application:
A veterinary medicine company need dispense
a 100ml living body vaccine for pig. This vaccine
is with big viscosity, and the acceptable dispensing
allowable error is 0.5-1ml. On line clean and
sterilization is required, and need dispensing
with high speed. To select megadose dispenser
WF600G and each pump can dispensing
around 20 bottles per minute.
The advantages of peristaltic pump:
1. DC servo control, high accuracy
2. Tubing is easy to change, clean and sterilize.
3. Keep the fluid in germ-free condition
(fluid just touch with tubing)
4. Easy to operate
The disadvantage of spring-revert glass
plunger pump:
1. There are many dead spots in the flow patch.
2. Difficult to clean and take apart.
3. Spring reverts slowly for viscous fluid.
4. It can’t provide germ-free condition
(fluid will touch to the inside parts).
