Application:
Sometimes filling acid-base to retort must use
flow sum during chemical reaction process.
After comparing the performance of WL series
peristaltic pumps with diaphragm pump,
customer will choose peristaltic pump finally.
The advantage of peristaltic pump:
1. Fluid just flows in the tubing but out of touch
with pump body, so no need any sealing.
2. With sum flow, fixed volume and time, or
fixed speed running functions.
3.control accuracy can reach to ±1％

for humidity environment.
The disadvantage of diaphragm metering pump:
1. it’s not corrosion resistance.
2. It just can display flow and speed, but can’t
control total volume.
3. It can’t work in bad environment.
4. Adjust and control are not convenient.
