Usage
1. WX40 series is the latest FPD inspection microscope, designed for checking LCD, TFT glass, COG conductive
particle ceasing and particle blasting.
2. WX40 series adopts 4 and 6 inch platform design, applied to metallographic inspection of corresponding size
wafer and small size sample.
Characteristics
1. Its differential interference effect can compare favorably with imported brand.
2. WX40 series adopts the newly designed long work distance objective lenses, semi apochromatic technology,
multi-layer broadband coating technology and long life LED light.
3. Equipped with various high functional accessories, can meet different demand of checking, suitable for bright field,
simple polarizing and differential-interference inspection.
