PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS:
☆The inner chamber is made of S30408, the jacket is made of pressure vessel specialsteel plate. The manufacture adopts advanced weldingtechnology and detection means to ensure reliable and durable of the autoclave;
☆ The wholeprocess of sterilization adopts microcomputer control, high degree ofautomation, color touch screen dynamically displays operating temperature,pressure, time, sterilization stage and other parameters, the operation is moreintuitive and convenient;
☆ Equippedwith several sets of sterilization procedure (fabric, instruments, liquid,etc.), operational parameters also can be set according to the actual situationof the user;Vacuum test and BD test program, vacuumleak rate is less than 0.13Kpa/min;
☆ The safety interlock device meets the requirements of theregulations;
(1) Sterilization program cannot be started if the dooris not closed and locked;
(2) When pressure in chamber, the door can not be opened;
☆ Air compression type seal ring which has good sealing effect andlong service life;
☆ PID temperaturecontrol function, select it to correct heating control parametersautomatically, to prevent the temperature overshoot occurs;
Notes:The self-produced steam autoclave is equipped with steam generatorand water pump, the functions are as follows:
(1) The water pump has the automatic add waterfunction, so that the water level in the steam generator can be controlled in areasonable range;
(2) When the water level in the steam generator reaches the minimum, theelectric power supply will be cut off with the alarm;
(3) The pressure controller to control the pressure in the steam generator, asafety valve for overpressure protection;
