SP30-1A syringe pump is a programmable precision liquid handling pump module designed for OEM integration and automated fluid control systems. With a rated stroke of 30mm, the pump provides high-precision liquid dispensing and transferring through external computer, PLC, or microcontroller control.
Featuring a compact structure, reliable performance, and multiple communication interfaces, SP30-1A is suitable for applications requiring accurate and repeatable liquid handling, including laboratory automation, analytical instruments, microfluidics, chemical synthesis, biotechnology equipment, and OEM fluid control systems.
The pump adopts a stepper motor-driven ball screw structure with a built-in photoelectric encoder for real-time out-of-step detection, ensuring stable operation and precise positioning. Programmable acceleration, deceleration, start speed, maximum speed, and stop speed allow flexible adjustment according to different application requirements.
