Product Introduction
The ISPLab01-Pro is a high-precision programmable syringe pump designed for accurate and stable liquid dispensing, infusion, withdrawal, and microfluidic fluid transfer. With a durable stainless steel housing and intuitive 4.3-inch full-color touchscreen, the pump is suitable for demanding laboratory and research environments.
Supporting syringe sizes from 0.5 μL to 150 mL, the ISPLab01-Pro accommodates syringes made from different materials and provides flexible control for a wide range of liquid-handling applications.
The pump supports Infusion, Withdrawal, Infusion-Withdrawal, Withdrawal-Infusion, and Continuous modes, as well as RS232/RS485 communication with Modbus RTU, making it suitable for laboratory automation and integration with external control systems.

2. Real-Time Flow Rate Adjustment
The flow rate can be adjusted during operation without stopping the pump, making it suitable for complex and dynamic experimental processes.
3. Intuitive 4.3-Inch Touchscreen
The 4.3-inch full-color LCD touchscreen provides an intuitive interface and displays operating and technical data in real time.
4. Built-In Syringe Library
Users can select a syringe from the built-in syringe model library or directly enter the syringe's internal diameter for customized operation.
5. Multiple Metering Modes
Three metering methods are available:
- Volume + Flow Rate
- Volume + Time
- Flow Rate + Time
Liquid volume can be displayed in real time and calibrated according to application requirements.
6. High Linear Force
With an adjustable linear force of up to 45 kgf, the pump can handle a wider range of liquids and applications requiring higher driving force.
7. Blockage Protection
If the propulsion mechanism becomes blocked during operation, the pump automatically stops and generates an alarm signal to help protect the system.
8. Power-Off Memory
After an unexpected power interruption, the pump can automatically resume operation or remain stopped according to the preset parameters.
9. Flexible External Control
The pump supports external start/stop signals, fast infusion/withdrawal signals, active 5–24 V signals, passive switch signals, and foot pedal control.
