Process Analysis Technology

DuoPAT® Process Analysis Terminal is a star product independently developed and designed by Duoning. It is suitable for real-time monitoring and control of pressure and flowrate in flow path or containers, and integrates functions of alarm setting and viewing, data and trend recording, audit trail, and user management, data saving and exporting.

Embedded PC with 13″ multi-point high-definition touch screen can monitor and configure multiple components at the same time. It can be used with optional modules such as pressure sensors, flow meters and peristaltic pumps.

Software is designed with user-friendly interface, simple and easy to operate, which can meet the needs of pharmaceutical companies for audit tracking and the requirements of GMP related regulations.

By monitoring the pressure and flowrate in flow path, DuoPAT® can detect abnormal conditions in time to avoid production accidents or product contamination. It can help optimize process parameters, improve efficiency and yields. By generating detailed data reports, users can obtain valuable information to improve the process.
