It is controlled via a large, full-color LCD touch screen interface and full SS304 high quality stainless steel. Utilizing a dual-stage heating system, the machine rapidly reaches the set temperature within just one minute, enabling faster initiation of experiments. It demonstrates excellent heating stability during prolonged operation and, compared to other spray dryers currently on the market, produces a powder product with a significantly lower moisture content.


    Working principle

    Spray dryers are primarily used to transform solutions, emulsions, suspensions, and paste-like materials into dry powders via spray drying. They offer numerous advantages, including rapid drying speeds, high efficiency, and a streamlined processing workflow. For heat-sensitive materials, the process effectively preserves their original color, aroma, and flavor; furthermore, the resulting dry powders exhibit excellent solubility and high purity.
