Double layer jacket glass reactor
1.Capacity: 5L,10L,20L,30L,50L,100L,150L,200L.
2.High temperature: RT-300℃ (heater optional).
3.Low temperature: RT- -80℃ (chiller optional).
4.Vacuum pump & vacuum controller are available.
Double layer jacket glass reactor, the inner layer is filled with reaction solvent, which can be used for stirring reaction, and the interlayer can be connected with different cold and heat sources (freezing liquid, hot water or hot oil) for circulating heating or cooling reaction. Under the condition of constant temperature, the sealed glass reactor can carry out stirring reaction under normal pressure or negative pressure according to the use requirements, and can carry out reflux and distillation of reaction solution. It is an ideal pilot plant and production equipment for modern fine chemical industry, biopharmaceutical industry and new material synthesis.

2. G3.3 borosilicate glass is selected, which has good chemical and physical properties.

4.Double polytetrafluoroethylene impeller, suitable for low to high viscosity liquid mixing and mixing.
5.Polytetrafluoroethylene discharge valve, movable interface, discharging completely and quickly.
