The AELAB Accelerated Solvent Extractor ORSE-06 is an automated pre-treatment tool primarily designed for the rapid extraction and purification of organic compounds from solid or semi-solid samples. The efficiency of the extraction process can be enhanced by choosing the appropriate solvent and adjusting the solvent temperature (ranging from 40°C to 200°C) and pressure. This system operates with a fully enclosed extraction process, minimizing the volatilization of organic solvents and reducing laboratory personnel’s exposure to organic vapors, ensuring a more environmentally friendly and safer working environment. Utilizing a six-channel parallel sample processing system, the extractor can automatically verify the correct installation of the sample rack, collection rack, and lifting tank. It automates all stages of the process, including lifting, preheating, solvent loading, heating, pressurizing, extraction, collection, and cleaning.
