XO-VC Ice River Series Coating Machine Dedicated Water Chiller is large industrial refrigeration equipment that special
developed for mating coating machine or other vacuum equipments. Used for mating high heat dissipation equipments
such as: vacuum coating machine, ion plating machine, vacuum furnace, industrial furnace, etc.. This series chiller
meets the requirements of coating machine and vacuum furnace that need large refrigerating output, high pressure water,
high flow, clean water, multiple branch flow. Specially equipped with water flow divider, accroding to the different
demand in diverse vacuum parts, may show and adjust the flow of each branch, and display the temperature of return
water in each branch.
