FOXM1 (Forkhead Box M1) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with FOXM1 include Meckel's Diverticulum and Balanoposthitis. Among its related pathways are DNA Damage and Regulation of PLK1 Activity at G2/M Transition. The protein encoded by FOXM1 is a transcriptional activator involved in cell proliferation. The encoded protein is phosphorylated in M phase and regulates the expression of several cell cycle genes, such as cyclin B1 and cyclin D1. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for FOXM1.
Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000.
