Working Principle:

Material is suspended by clean, heated air (under negative pressure), achieving a fluidized state for uniform heat exchange and maximum efficiency.

Process Technologies:
1. Top-Spray Granulation

Binder solution is sprayed onto fluidized powder, forming nuclei that grow via liquid bridging into uniform granules.
2. Bottom-Spray (Wurster) Coating

A differential airflow design with a central Wurster column accelerates particles upward in a fountain-like motion, while bottom-mounted spray nozzles apply coating layers with precision.
3. Tangential-Spray Powder Coating

A rotating disk (flat or conical) and specialized airflow enable powder-liquid binding
