Description: Interleukin-17A Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 138 amino acids fragment and having a molecular weight of 61kDa. The IL-17A is fused to a 42KDa MBP tag at its N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Purity: Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin Level: Endotoxin level is less than 0.1 ng per μg (1EU/μg) as determined by the LAL method.

Formulation & Storage: It was lyophilized from sterile 10 mM sodium phosphate ( pH 6.0) and we recommend that the powder be reconstituted in sterile 10 mW-cm H2O. Upon reconstitution Interleukin-17A should be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage at -20°C, it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided.
