Equipped with deblocker cleaner (needle) and it will automatically clear the blockage when the nozzle is blocked. The frequency of the deblocker needle can be adjusted automatically.

1. Sample Material: water solubility
2. Water Evaporation : 1500-2000ml/h
3. Temperature setting range: inlet 30~300°C, outlet 30~140°C which greatly reduce the high drying temperature and solve the problem of spray drying of heat-sensitive materials.
4. Drying time: 1.0~1.5 second.
5. Controller: Color LCD touch screen parameters display (Display inlet and outlet temperature, peristaltic pump speed, air volume, deblocker frequency).
6. Jet size: Standard with 1mm jet and other sizes are available(0.5mm/0.7mm/1.0mm/1.5mm/2.0mm).
7. Maximum feeding volume: the peristaltic pump is adjustable and the maximum is 2000ml/h. The minimum material volume is 30~50ml/h (depending on the difference in the solid content of the materials).
