With a UHPLC pressure rating of 1300 bar (18,500 PSI) and fast injection cycles, the ExionLC AD can manage virtually any advanced analytical method and workflow. The solvent delivery system's flow rate range of 0.0001 to 10.0 mL/min supports separations with columns ranging from 1.0 to 4.6mm ID.

Get more with the ExionLC AD high-performance autosampler as it is equipped with four rinse solvents for reduced carryover and optimized method development. Reliable and dependable, problem free applications exponentially increase when using this machine (Analyte contamination is less than 0.0015% (15 ppm).

4> "Zero carryover" for most applications

The sample compartment holds two well plates or 105 vials in a temperature controlled environment. Thermally-labile samples are protected at temperatures as low as 4掳C. The flow-through injection system delivers reproducible results on injections below 0.5 碌L, with minimal carryover.

A new heated-block column oven capable of reaching 150°C allows you to explore higher temperature columns and unusual chromatographic phases. For additional flexibility select various solvent systems using the optional solvent switching valve module. Another option available is the column switching module that simplifies complex separations or method development strategies.

6> Expandability to Accommodate Future Needs

Expand your system’s sample capacity by adding the optional ExionLC Rack Changer module (12 plates/648 vials) or the ExionLC AD Multiplate Autosampler (6 plates/324 vials). You can also add UV absorbance detection with either the ExionLC UV-Vis or PDA detector. Combined, they give you a state-of-the-art UHPLC system that will remain productive for years to come.

4> Accessories

1) Multiplate Autosampler
An ideal replacement for the standard ExionLC AD Autosampler, the Multiplate Autosampler expands sample capacity over threefold without need for a separate Rack Changer. Three drawers can be configured to accept 6 regular or deep-well microtiterplates (MTP) in either 96 or 384-well formats. With the optional vial trays, the Multiplate Sampler can hold up to 324 x 1.5 mL vials.

2) Rack changer
For maximum sample capacity, the ExionLC Rack Changer provides up to 12 additional cooled sample trays or vial racks. Each drawer can be configured for either regular or deep-well configurations, as well as 54-vial trays.

3) UV Detector
A general purpose Variable Wavelength Detector, the ExionLC UV detector adds additional flexibility to your ExionLC AC or AD system. Time programmable wavelength switching allows detection sensitivity and selectivity for your specific analytical workflows.

4) PDA Detector
The ExionLC PDA (PhotoDiodeArray) detector is an excellent option for identification, quantitation, and purity analyses at trace levels. A high sensitivity flow cell and low detector noise levels ensure uncompromised performance.

5) Solvent selector valve
Need to change between gradient types ? The ExionLC Solvent Selector Valve allows a user to select between two solvents per channel from up to 3 different pumps.
