Easy to use yet powerfully reliable, the ExionLC 100 comes with a pressure limit of 440 bar (6300 PSI), giving you the flexibility to run all of your traditional chromatographic workflows. A robust, quaternary solvent delivery system accommodates a wide range of gradient methods at flow rates up to 10 mL/min. Moreover, with a sample capacity (216 vials or 4 microtiter plates) that is almost double that of typical entry level HPLC systems. The flow-through injection system with 100 μL sample loop delivers reproducible results on injections down to 0.1 μL, with minimal carryover.Completing the system is an integral column oven that controls column temperature up to 60℃ for improved chromatographic separations and retention time stability.
