Purpose
For Detection of antibodies against FMD virus serotype A in the serum of infected or vaccinated cattle, pig, sheep and other cloven hoofed animals.
Test principle
FMDV A antibody lateral flow assay in sandwich format. Gold colloid particle labeled with the purified serotype A FMDV antigen 1 is dried
at the conjugate release pad. The purified serotype A FMDV antigen 2 is sprayed at the test line (T). Rabbit-Anti-A FMDV immunoglobulin G is sprayed at the control line (C).
Serum sample flows from the sample pad to the conjugate pad and into the
membrane. The recognition of the sample analyte and the reporter will take place at the test line. A response at the control line confirms
a proper flow of the liquid through the strip.
Specification: 200 strips / kit, for 100-200 serum samples.
Storage：Keep the kit in a dry and ventilated place at 2-8 ℃, avoid from the moisture or frost.
