Principle
Deep-Processed Food DNA Extraction Kit is designed to extraction DNA from the deep-processed foods employing on the unique lysis buffer and binding buffer rapidly lyse cells and inactivate intracellular nucleases.Then the genomic DNA in the lysis buffer is selectively adsorbed by super paramagnetic beads under the reaction of the binding solution, after being washed with the rinsing solution to remove a small amount of impurities, DNA is adsorbed by the magnetic beads and released under the eluent, finally high-quality genomic DNA can be obtained.
DNA Extraction Kit employs super paramagnetic technology for robust yields of DNA that is ready for downstream PCR, sequencing, or other applications.
The Kit is suitable for the DNA extraction from the deep processed weet potatoes, mung beans, peas, corn, potatoes, cassava and meat tissues, also used to isolate genomic DNA from deep-processed foods such as flour, meatballs, potato chips, bread and sausages can also be extracted.
Storage conditions and shelf-life
① The kit was dried at room temperature (20-25 ℃) for 12 months, at 2-8 ℃ for longer periods.
② (20mg/mL), α-Amylase (10mg/mL), RNase A (10mg/mL), Proteinase K, is stored at -20℃.
MagBeads, is stored at 4 ℃.
